This class is beneficial for anyone wanting to improve painful range of motion or just simply wanting to become more limber! This is for ALL ages, men & women, & will help with flexibility and mobility! This class consists of long held positions and poses moving at a slow relaxing pace! This class is for ALL yoga levels and can be adjusted accordingly. So, whether you are familiar or new to yoga, we would love to have you join us! We are ready to help you relieve tension, stress, & improve your overall flexibility!

Hi, I’m Kimberly, the Yin and Restorative Yoga Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator with a deep passion for holding space for healing and self-discovery! I am Certified in Holistic Yoga, specializing in Restorative & Yin. Outside the studio, I’m a mom to three wonderful boys, an avid reader, and a substitute teacher.
